At Evantics, your privacy isn't an afterthought; it is our foundational architecture. Whether you are encrypting files or topping up your game, your data is locked down.

This Privacy Policy describes how Evantics OS collects, uses, protects, and handles your personal information across our modules (Store, Health, Tools, and Chat). We adhere to stringent data minimization principles.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect data that is strictly necessary to provide our seamless services:

  • Account Information: When you register via Google or Email, we collect your basic profile information (Email address, User UID) via Firebase Authentication.
  • Gaming Credentials (Evantics Store): To process instant, 100% secure Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Diamond top-ups, we collect your Player ID and Zone ID. We will never ask for your game password or social logins.
  • Billing Data: Transaction records, credit balances, and purchase history. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay/UPI; Evantics does not store or process your credit card numbers or banking PINs.
  • Evantics Health: Voluntary metrics you log (e.g., workouts, macros) are stored securely in your private database node.

🔒 Trust Guarantee: Your Player ID is used solely to route your Diamonds to your account instantly. We utilize official, verified API channels to ensure your game account remains 100% safe from bans or flags.

2. The "Zero-Server" Promise (Evantics Tools)

Evantics Tools (including Redact Forge, Exif Stripper, and Cipher Forge) are built using advanced client-side architecture. When you upload an image or document to these tools, the file never leaves your device. All processing occurs locally inside your web browser. We do not upload, scan, view, or store your private files on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Facilitate instant, automated delivery of game credits (MLBB Diamonds) directly to your player account.
  • Authenticate your identity and maintain your secure session.
  • Process transactions and update your tool credit ledger.
  • Sync your Evantics Chat and Evantics Health preferences securely across devices.
  • Send critical account, security, or order fulfillment updates.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Evantics does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers. We utilize industry-leading infrastructure partners to operate our OS:

  • Official Gaming APIs: Secure routing partners to instantly credit your Mobile Legends account without exposing your personal data.
  • Google Firebase: For secure authentication and encrypted database hosting.
  • Razorpay: For secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing.

5. Data Security

We implement robust security measures, including SSL encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest within our clusters. While no digital system is 100% impenetrable, our reliance on verified APIs for the Store and local browser processing for Tools severely limits the vectors through which your data can be compromised.

6. Your Rights

You retain full control over your data. You may request a complete export of your user data or request the permanent deletion of your Evantics OS account at any time by contacting our support team.
