Refund & Return Policy

Transparency, speed, and fairness in all Evantics transactions.

1. Evantics Store (Game Credits / MLBB Diamonds)

Due to the instant and permanent nature of digital game top-ups, all Diamond and Game Credit purchases are strictly non-refundable once the order is processed successfully to the provided Player ID.

Please double-check your Player ID and Zone ID before completing your purchase. Evantics is not liable for credits sent to the wrong account due to user input error.

If a transaction fails on our end (e.g., payment deducted but Diamonds not delivered within 24 hours due to server downtime), please contact support immediately. We will verify the API logs and issue a full refund or manually process the top-up at your preference.

2. Evantics Tools (Studio Credits)

Studio Credits purchased for the Evantics Tools suite are digital, consumable utility tokens. Due to the immediate delivery and consumable nature of these credits, all credit purchases are strictly non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

If you experience a technical failure where credits were deducted but the tool failed to execute its function (e.g., PDF generation failure), please contact support within 7 days. We will investigate the backend logs and, if verified, manually reimburse the lost credits to your account.

3. Processing Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved by our support team, it will be processed directly through your original payment method via Razorpay/UPI. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

To request support for a transaction, email support@evantics.in with your User ID, Game ID (if applicable), and Razorpay receipt.
