The code, UI design, aesthetic components, and underlying systems of Evantics are the intellectual property of the platform operators. The specific lore, clues, and digital payloads uploaded inside a node remain the intellectual property of the Architect who created them.
Evantics provides the cryptographic infrastructure, but we do not guarantee the value of the payloads hidden by third-party Architects. We are not liable for broken links, expired promo codes, or unfulfilled promises made by creators within their nodes. The platform is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Evantics be held liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the network.
