Last Updated: April 2026
1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Evantics OS ecosystem—comprising Evantics Health, Evantics Store, Evantics Tools, Evantics Chat, and all associated branding, source code, user interface design, and written content—is the sole and exclusive property of Jehovah Lalhmathuoi Hrangate. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any part of this platform without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
2. Purpose and Human-Centric Design
Evantics OS is engineered to foster a human-centric digital environment. While we provide tools for productivity, communication, and health management, these services are provided "as is." Our mental wellness advocacy and health-related tools are designed for informational and organizational purposes and should not replace professional medical or psychological advice.
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
By accessing the Evantics OS ecosystem, you agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You may not use our infrastructure to transmit malicious code, harass other users within Evantics Chat, or attempt to bypass the security protocols of the Evantics Data Vault or Store.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Evantics ecosystem is at your sole risk. Jehovah Lalhmathuoi Hrangate makes no guarantees that the services will be uninterrupted, entirely secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Evantics OS at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jehovah Lalhmathuoi Hrangate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Evantics OS platform, including but not limited to data loss in the Vault or interruptions in Evantics Tools.
6. Modifications to Terms
Jehovah Lalhmathuoi Hrangate reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Evantics OS following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
